"Horrible communication and phone service!
Our policy was transferred to this office after our previous agent closed their location. Ever since the transfer, getting a live person on the phone has been very difficult.
Over the last few months, every simple request—from filing a windshield claim to removing a line of coverage or asking policy questions—required multiple phone calls just to get a response. The final straw was trying to transfer my policy to a different agent. It took 2.5 weeks of continuous calling on my part, phone calls from the new agent, and ultimately filing a complaint with corporate just to get this office to release our policy.
They may be nice people, but if it is this difficult to reach them for basic administrative tasks, I would dread having to rely on them during a major emergency. I'm glad to be done with this office. Try calling them at various points of the day yourself and you'll see exactly what I mean."

I do see some notes where you called in to ask about some coverages earlier this month; the notes indicate that an explanation was given, and you seemed satisfied with the conversation. Then shortly after I am made aware of your request to change agents. My team did not process these requests as they are not able to do so, so apologies for the delay there. I do see that you were able to speak to our 24/7 call representative and get this handled though.
